Last updated: 1 September 2026 Status: Draft pending counsel and management approval. Not approved for publication or customer reliance.
This Trust Center explains the current security, privacy, third-party, and product-boundary position of the entity trading as LLM Machines. The exact legal entity name remains pending verification. This is a draft source package, not a certification, audit report, legal opinion, or contractual commitment.
Product and data boundary
Nothing leaves your infrastructure. For workloads processed within the supported Core Appliance boundary, prompts, model responses, tool arguments, tool results, request and response bodies, operational metadata, and audit records remain inside the Customer-controlled deployment. LLM Machines operates the managed inference core locally rather than as a hosted model-inference service.
LLM Machines provides managed local inference and a documented API contract. Chat Completions is the documented API protocol your favourite applications and harnesses use to access approved local models.
Customer-configured applications and explicitly authorised, time-limited support sessions operate under the boundaries and controls documented in the applicable signed agreement.
Product source, third-party software, and maintenance
The complete Product is not offered as a single open-source work. Original first-party LLM Machines Product source is source-available under the unmodified PolyForm Internal Use License 1.0.0. The delivered licence permits Customer internal business use and internal changes. It does not permit distribution, sublicensing, or transfer.
Third-party applications, libraries, images, vendored source, upstream-derived source, and other upstream material remain under their existing upstream licences. The PolyForm licence does not replace, narrow, or relabel those licences or their notice, source, and redistribution obligations.
Maintenance entitlement is separate from source licensing. It controls future qualified releases, recovery retrieval, and support as stated in the signed agreement. Expiry, grace, or freeze status does not stop an existing Appliance, invalidate an already delivered source licence, or expire an exported recovery capsule.
LLM Machines names, trademarks, logos, brand assets, and website editorial and creative content are outside the Product source licence unless expressly licensed. Copyright © 2026 LLM Machines. The "all rights reserved" statement applies only to that excluded material owned by LLM Machines, except where a separate licence or third-party right applies. It does not replace or narrow the Product or upstream software licences. The exact licensor and legal copyright holder remain publication blockers. See the draft Important Notices.
Clear responsibility boundary
The service combines managed private inference with clear ownership at each layer. The applicable signed Order Form, support terms, and any consulting statement of work define the final contractual scope.
| Area | LLM Machines provides | Customer enables and operates |
|---|---|---|
| Managed inference core | Sizing, configuration and maintenance of approved local model serving, API gateway and policy controls, operational Console, observability layer, updates, lifecycle, and recovery tooling. | Infrastructure readiness, approved model choices, authorised users and applications, and the Customer data used through those applications. |
| Customer applications | Documented Models and Chat Completions APIs, application credentials, model allowlists, and operational metadata for supported access to approved local models. | Selection and operation of preferred applications and harnesses, including their interfaces, permissions, workflows, and application-level data handling. |
| Product source and maintenance | First-party Product source under the unmodified PolyForm Internal Use License 1.0.0, third-party licence preservation, qualified release grants, recovery retrieval, and support under the signed agreement. | Internal use and internal changes within the delivered licence, protection of source access, approved update decisions, and responsibility for unsupported Customer modifications. |
| Optional consulting | Outcome-led discovery, a bounded proof of value or integration, measurable acceptance criteria, and documented handoff under a separate statement of work. | Business ownership, access to agreed systems and stakeholders, acceptance of the agreed outcome, and operation of the accepted application or workflow after handoff. |
| Hardware and warranty coordination | Hardware sizing, distributor-backed procurement coordination, supplier-document handoff, and practical coordination for warranty or RMA requests. | Approval and funding of the hardware order, site readiness, and use of the warranty and RMA rights stated in the supplier documents and signed Order Form. |
How we classify third parties
- Customer-data subprocessors are third parties that process Customer personal data or access a Customer environment on LLM Machines' behalf.
- Website and business operations providers support website hosting, functional assets, email routing, or internal business operations. Depending on the service, they may act as processors, separate controllers, or other service providers.
- Hardware suppliers supply or manufacture Appliance hardware without Customer-data or Customer-environment access by default.
A supplier or business provider is reclassified before use if its role changes and it will process Customer personal data or access a Customer environment on LLM Machines' behalf.
